These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website krp-luxe-detail-website.pages.dev ("the Site") and the relationship between you, as a visitor or client, and KRP Luxe Detail ("we"). Using the Site implies acceptance of these Terms.

3. Who the Site is for
The Site presents KRP Luxe Detail's services and lets visitors get in touch via the form, phone or WhatsApp. The Site does not sell products or services directly online — any transaction follows an individual discussion. The Site is intended for people over 16.
4. Services offered
KRP Luxe Detail is a mobile car detailing and textile cleaning service traveling to clients across Timiș, Arad and Hunedoara counties:
- Interior Detailing — from 450 RON
- Exterior Detailing — from 200 RON
- Complete Package (Interior + Exterior) — from 650 RON
- Maintenance Plan — from 120 RON
- Textile Cleaning (sofas, mattresses, child car seats, strollers) — price on request
Listed prices are starting prices; the final cost depends on the size and condition of the vehicle and is agreed before work begins.
5. How a contract is formed
Submitting the form does not constitute a confirmed booking — it is an information/booking request. We confirm within 48 hours by phone or WhatsApp. The booking is considered formed once we confirm and agree the details (date, time, place, price). For urgent requests, call us directly.
6. Payment
Payment is made as agreed at booking confirmation (cash or card). Fiscal documents are issued per Romanian law.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge at least 24 hours in advance, by phone or WhatsApp. Cancellation outside this window may incur costs depending on the situation.
8. Complaints and disputes
For any complaint, contact us directly at luxedetailkrp@gmail.com or +40 733 292 545; we aim to resolve it within 30 days. If amicable resolution fails, you may use the Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) mechanisms coordinated by ANPC: anpc.ro/ce-este-sal · reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. For cross-border EU disputes: EU ODR platform.
9. Liability
Site content is informational. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but errors may occur; we are not liable for indirect damages except where the law provides otherwise. The Site is provided "as is". External links (Facebook, Instagram, Google) have their own policies, for which we are not responsible.
10. Intellectual property
The Site's content (text, images, logo, design) is the property of KRP Luxe Detail or used with permission and may not be copied or used commercially without our written consent. You may share links and print pages for personal use.
11. Acceptable use
Do not use the Site for spam, security attacks, automated scraping or impersonation. We reserve the right to block any IP that violates these Terms.

13. Changes, force majeure, severability
We may update these Terms; the current version is dated at the top. We are not liable for force-majeure events per the Romanian Civil Code. If any clause is void, the others remain in force.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are resolved per section 8, with jurisdiction in the county of the company's registered office.
